A woman's veil has been the subject of much debate. It stems from the word of God as that which shows she is in subjection to her husband and the Lord. It also covers her glory. That glory being her hair. All throughout the word of God in both testaments we see women should be veiled and not cut their hair It wasn't until the 40's that women removed their veils and the vanity of hair styles took over. Prior to that the veil was gradually replaced by bonnets and then hats. This doctrine has been twisted within various church denominations and rejected by feminists. Small groups of Christian ladies returning to Godly femininity are starting to veil again. Pride in many and the fear of appearing different still hinder many. Some report feeling closer to the Lord when setting aside their pride and being obedient unto his word. Others may never know when refusing to attempt this. The veil is the "woman's garment" spoken of in Deuteronomy 225. Pants or breeches are only listed for priests who are men. Even though skirts were worn by both male and female it was the veil which was her covering. To cover her glory and show subjection unto her husband and the Lord while giving a Godly appearance. As I cover these issues in this book I also cover one important aspect so many do not touch on. The veil is a similitude of the woman being covered by the Spirit of God. Important as the woman is a similitude of the bride of Christ. His church. She should be covered by his Spirit, led of his Spirit and subject unto his Spirit. As a husband should rule over his veiled wife the Lord should rule over his church covered and led, supplied for and protected and chastened of his Spirit. May God bless.

Content is solid but the length is crazy short....I should have looked at the "book" length. This should be defined as, at the very most, a pamphlet.
